A Certified GIS Professional (GISP) since 2009, Jim has held senior roles including GIS Director and Senior GIS Data Analyst, where he led enterprise programs, managed multi-departmental GIS operations, and developed advanced web and database solutions.
Jim’s expertise spans the Esri technology stack—ArcGIS Pro, ArcGIS Enterprise, ArcGIS Online, and ArcGIS Desktop—combined with strong programming skills in Python, JavaScript, VBScript, and ASP for web application development. He has overseen the creation and administration of large-scale enterprise geodatabases in SQL Server, designed and maintained dozens of GIS websites and dashboards, and provided technical support and training for a wide range of government departments.
